Well, I was a big procrastinator the last couple of days and I hate myself for that, but today I did 45 minutes of exercise and walking so far and I plan on doing a little more later on after supper. Lazy, stormy weekends get the best of me and I just wanna do nothing be snack, but I did not let it beat me today! Although, I did watch a mvie, I still did real well with the snacking!
I plan on getting back on the road to my wightloss and looking at this s just a bump in the road and now to proceed on. I CAN do this! I know I can!
