3/9/10

Well, I think I am getting back to wanting this weight loss!  I am ready to change my life again for good and not only with my weight!  I got on that treadmill tonight for 15min and also did some lunges and I feel great!

I wish other things in my life were going good, but that is why I am changing!  I want to make things better for me and my kids!  I want to be a better person and start doing things I always say I will do and don't do them!  I am going to lose this weight and not be the fat mom any more nor the fat person in the Family!  I am ready!!

Starting over!!

Okay!  I feel like a dork and I have fallen off the wagon of posting on here and exercising like I should be!  Although, I have lost weight since the last time I posted, it is not as good as I hoped it would be by now.  I am back at it now and hope to continue on!  No giving up, even if there are going to be a few bumps in the road!!!

I am also going to start with a new goal.  I am going to Vegas in April and I really hope I can lose at least 15lbs by then!  And, I am really going to work at it too.  I did start drinking pop more, but not as much as I did before and I am still drinking water, so that has stuck with me and I am proud!!  The exercise thing is what dwindled and I hope to get back on track starting now!

1/24/10

Well, I was a big procrastinator the last couple of days and I hate myself for that, but today I did 45 minutes of exercise and walking so far and I plan on doing a little more later on after supper.  Lazy, stormy weekends get the best of me and I just wanna do nothing be snack, but I did not let it beat me today!  Although, I did watch a mvie, I still did real well with the snacking!

I plan on getting back on the road to my wightloss and looking at this s just a bump in the road and now to proceed on.  I CAN do this!  I know I can!

1/21/10

Woo! Hoo!  I lost my 7lbs!  I am 5 days over my goal date, but that is not too bad!  It is much better than a month after.  I have set my new goal to lose 10lbs within the next 14 days.  I know I can doit - I just have to step it up a notch!  You can see my new weight, measurements and goals by clicking on Tonia's Weigh-In and so on to the right.

I am definitely eager to exercise today. I am about to go do one of my aerobic tapes on TV right now and then at 12:30 -I will turn on my Days (I missed yesterday and forgot to DVR it - Bummer) - and catch up on what is going on in Salem!

I better go start the roast for supper and then get busy on my exercises, cleaning and more!

1/19/10

Okay, so I have not been keeping up on my daily blurbs, seems like there are so many things going on and before I know it, a few days has gone by since I posted an update.  I have been doing awesome on the drinking water thing.  A lot better than I thought I would.  I do have a pop here and there, but not like I use to.  I have gotten way better on the snacking and when I do feel a snack attack coming on - I try and grab fruit or something not so high in fat and calories.  I have been exercising in some way every day and excited about Biggest Loser being on this evening.  Plannin on walking on the treadmill for as long as I can while I watch it.

I cannot wait to list my updates on measurements and weight - I think it will be good.  I hope so!

1/13/10

Well, I have had good and bad days and I had gained .4lbs since the 6th, but I have lost some inches, so that is good too.  I am getting results somewhere at least.  I am making an effort more and more each day and as this may take me some time to lose this weight - I vow that I will do it!  I am planning a trip to Vegas in April and I really hope that I can lose a good 20lbs by then.  That would be nice. 

Today is another day and I am going to start my day off with a routine and doing some weights and then throughout the day I will be on my treadmill from time to time - I am hoping three times on there for 15-20 min each time.  I am determined to lose this weight and WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!
