Tonia's Measurements

Okay, now on to the measurements.  I am told that just because the pounds are not going down as fast as you want them to, it does not mean that nothing is happening with all your efforts.  Well, I am not sure exactly what we are suppose to keep track of with measurements, but I know a few areas, so - below are my starting measurements and believe me, these are not any prettier than my Weight!

Wednesday, Dec 30th, 2009
Waist: 50 1/4"
Hips: 53" (had a bit of belly in there also- LOL!)
Bicep (rt): one line before 14" - haha (not good at reading tape measures)
Neck: one line after 17" (not sure why, but I read somewhere to keep track of this measurement-OK)
Thigh: 26" (yes, my thigh is as big as some girls waists are, sick huh?)

Now that this is out there for the whole world to see, please do not bash me in any way - I need motivational words, not words to make me even more depressed and then make me wanna give up.  I have accepted that I am big and that is why I am doing something about it.  So, let's get started...........


Wednesday, January 6th, 2010 - Not a bad start
Waist: 50" (Down 1/4")
Hips: 53" (Same)
Bicep (rt): one line befor 14" (Same)
Neck: 15 3/4" (down 1 1/4")
Thigh: 26" (Same)

Wednesday, January 13th, 2010
Waist: 49 1/2" (Down 1/2")
Hips: 52 1/2" (Down 1/2")
Bicep: 14 1/2" (Up 1/2" and a line! I must be gaining muscle! - LOL!)
Neck: 16" (Up 1/4" - Hmmmm?)
Thigh 25" (Down 1" - YAY!)

Wednesday, january 20th, 2010
Waist: 48 1/2" (Down 1")
Hips: 52 1/2 (Same)
Bicep: 13 3/4" (Down 3/4")
Neck: 16" (Same)
Thigh: 25 1/2" (not good - up 1/2" - Boo!)

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010
Waist: 49 1/2" (Up 1" - Boo!)
Hips: 51 1/4" (Down 1.25" - yay!)
Bicep: 13 3/4" (Same)
Neck: 16" (Same)
Thigh: 25 1/4" (down 1/4" - Yay!)
