Tonia's Goals

Okay, here is where I set me goals.  They will not be big ones because I am not going to set myself up for failure.  These will be realistic and in my comfort zone!

Goal #1:  Lose my first 7 pounds by January 15th, 2010 (starting date 12/30/09)

Well, I lost 7 lbs, I went a little over my goal date, but only by 5 days.  I am excited that I met me goal and although I did not give myself an incentive, it still feels really good.

Goal # 2: Lose 10 pounds by February by February 3rd, 2010 (starting date: 1/20/10)
